I'm the AMC News correspondent, executive director of Why Tuesday, a nonpartisan group working to increase American voter participation, and a contributor to MTV's 2012 election coverage. I also host Civics In A Minute for Participant Media and serve as member of the City Year Los Angeles associates board.
I co-hosted NBC's School Pride and have contributed reporting to CNN, NPR's Weekend Edition and the PBS series WIRED Science.

Examining Pitfalls of Indiana's Voter ID Law
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled last week that an Indiana law requiring voters to show photo ID is constitutional. For NPR Sunday Soapbox I explored the issue, visiting an election law expert and hopping on a bus to time how long it takes to get a photo ID if you don’t already have one.
