I'm working to fix America's education system on School Pride on NBC, correspondent of AMC News on AMC & executive director of Why Tuesday?, a non-partisan group working to increase voter participation. I've contributed to NPR Weekend Edition and to the PBS series WIRED Science. I got my BA in politics and MA in political theory and philosophy from New York University. During college, I was an advance man to New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and presidential candidate Howard Dean.

I’m interviewed in (and on the cover of) Get Seen: Online Video Secrets to Building Your Business, the new book from Steve Garfield. This is the video of the interview I did at SXSW last year for the book.

I shot this behind-the-scenes tour of the AMC News set at Sundance 2010 this morning. For more from me at the festival follow AMC News on Twitter, and watch the AMC News Special: 10 Stores of Sundance on January 29th at 11PM on AMC.

I shot this video for AMC News on Twitter at the AMC party at the Golden Globes as Mad Men won best drama for the third year in a row.

Every Thursday night until the Academy Awards on Sun., Mar. 7, I’ll be hosting Countdown to the Red Carpet, AMC’s award-season interview series, with nominees for this year’s Golden Globes, Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards and Oscars. Tonight I’ll be sitting down with actor Jeremy Renner, a SAG best actor nominee for his role as the wild Sgt. William James in Kathryn Bigelow’s The Hurt Locker.

For more Countdown to the Red Carpet, tune in tonight and every subsequent Thursday during the 8PM movie. You can get more details about our Countdown interviews as well as live behind-the-scenes updates by following along with me on AMC News on Twitter or on the AMC News blog.

Here’s the video from my 140 Characters Conference panel.
